A record breaking year for the sale judged by Mr John Rowell of Dumfries House with Gordon Jackson taking the top honours with Blackburn Geewhizz, winning the male title, Champion bull and Overall Champion.  A superb example of the breed, this young bull generated a lot of interest with the hammer going down on 6800gns to JRF Pattinson and son, Hotbank Farm.

Reserve Male Parton Hooligan  bred and produced by Messers Hewson was sold to Messers Dickinson for 2400gns.

Champion Female Glentyne Twinkle 2nd sold for 1650gns

​

Glentyne White Heather 3rd for 1600 both of these animals were excellently brought out by MG&J Taylor of Low Arvie and were sold to Mr J Hornshaw, York.

​

Reserve female Champion Softley Snow Queen was sold for 800gns to Mrs K Wall, Hall Farm, Devon.
