The Cumberland and Dumfriesshire Farmers’ Mart
P.L.C. held their Annual Kirkcambeck Sale on Saturday
15th October 2005.
A catalogue entry of 1,291 was presented to a full ring
of distant and local buyers, resulting in a trade above
expectations.
Featured in the sale was an outstanding entry of Blue
Greys and Galloways which were shown in excellent condition,
a credit to all vendors and many lots made in excess
of last years high rates with Blue Greys from J.R.F.
Pattinson, Hot Bank selling to £485 (x2).
